Lead IT Support Analyst/Lead Floorwalker

TEAM LEADER - SENIOR SUPPORT ANALYST - FLOORWALKER - WINDOWS 7 DEPLOYMENT

Due to an important project our client is looking to employ a Lead IT Support Analyst/Lead Floorwalker, to lead and manage a small team of Floorwalkers and provide an excellent resolution service to its customers.

LEAD IT SUPPORT ANALYST/FLOORWALKER JOB ROLE:

*You will lead and be responsible for the management of a small team of Floorwalkers, therefore recent managerial OR team leading experience is essential and is a must in order to be successful.
*You'll have previous experience operating within a similar role Senior Floorwalker/Support Analyst

-Supporting the deployment of a Windows 7 migration - this will be a hands-on role, resolving potential issues before they arise.
-Worked closely with the project management team and other external teams
-Extensive technical experience of supporting enterprise platform migration projects (both hardware & software), with a specific focus moving from XP to Windows 7 or Win7 to Win8.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Familiarity with Microsoft image deployment technologies and integration with SCCM. Demonstrable experience of W7 deployment with good user skills.
