LEAD IT BUSINESS ANALYST (CLIENT REPORTING, UML, AGILE) - CONTRACT - SWITZERLAND

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for a Lead IT Business Analyst with experience in Front Office trading or client reporting projects, as well as with excellent requirements engineering methodologies skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading the whole requirements engineering in client reporting projects, monitoring the processes, coaching the other team members
- Steering workshops with the business to elicit the high level requirements
- Translating the requirements into specifications
- Establishing the change management process

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Several years of experience in a Senior IT Business Analyst function in the banking sector
- Strong methodological experience: use cases, user stories, features, workflows, Business Objects models, UML
- Very good understanding of both OTC and listed products
- Experience in client reporting or Front Office trading projects
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects
- Fluent English and conversational German are a must
