For a project at our client's site, an international bank-based Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
LEAD IT BUSINESS ANALYST - BIG DATA/ANALYTICS (5856)
The team you are working with delivers technology solutions using state of the art software both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments. In the current environment, the team is working on projects in areas such as Big Data and Analytics, Automation and also looking at the use of Artificial Intelligence in Legal and Investigations processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS IT LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST WITH A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF BIG DATA AND ANALYTICS, AUTOMATION AND THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
- Experience in LEGAL AND/OR EDISCOVERY FRAMEWORK is desirable
- Well versed in defining and applying business analysis techniques and best practices
- Knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Strong skills of managing stakeholders at all levels within an organization and ability to manage a global team
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement how requirements are gathered, how the project will be delivered and agree what documents/artifacts will be produced, signed off, maintained and archived
- Ensure that all business analysis best practice standards are established throughout the BA Community and shared with other business analyst communities within the bank
- Be an inspirational leader and ensure that all our talented business analysts achieve their career ambition through attentive career development planning
- Lead people inspiring them through your role model behaviors and quality standards that will enable the team to deliver best in class work products
- Be a mentor and coach to our business analysts and be responsible for recruiting and attracting the business analysts into the practice
- Playing a key role in communicating between internal technology teams and the business, acting as a translator where necessary to incorporate how information technology can support the needs of the business teams
- Work in partnership with our stakeholder and project teams and turn the business vision into the right reality
