Lead Insight Analyst- Advenced Analytics

What I am looking for:

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a university degree (2:1 or higher) in a numerate discipline, a Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is desirable
* Have experience of creating and implementing large scale customer segmentations
* Proven data analysis background with a detailed knowledge of analytical techniques and experience of tuning data into relevant and actionable insight.
* Appetite and proven ability to explore business impact and position analysis to address commercial questions.
* Outstanding communication skills, proven through flexible and collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
* Confident user of databases and statistical tools. You will use your exceptional database coding skills (SAS and SQL) as a means to delivering your analysis.
* Previous experience of working with customer data is essential and SKU analytics is desirable.
