Lead Infrastructure Engineer - VMWare, Citrix, Bloomberg, Banking - Zurich
Square One are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to come on board for a 3 month rolling contract based in Zurich paying excellent daily rates
SAN implementations and support for NFS, iSCSI and FC
VMware design, implementation and support versions 5.0 to 5.5
Microsoft Exchange 2013 - Office 365 - Compliance Journaling
Trade floor support covering all dealing applications including Bloomberg, Reuters FXT, CitiFX, Citidirect, Morgan Direct and Barx FX/Futures
Application administration and support for all back and Front Office products including Temenos T24, Eurobase Siena, Euroclear, AML and SWIFT
Firewall configurations, upgrades and monitoring of Checkpoint, Sonicwall and Cisco Firewalls
AIX support on IBM p5-series Servers, experience with HMC/LPARS
3rd line support for 80 users across 2 UK sites running Temenos T24, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003/2008, Ubuntu, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2010, SQL server
Building and maintaining clustered web services running IIS, Apache, JBoss and Tomcat
RSA SecureID implementation, monitoring and configuration for new VPN users
Blackberry, IPhone and Android deployment including off site mobile voice recording
On and offsite backups using BackupExec, Arcserve and Sungard's VytalVault, Veeam
Business continuity planning and testing
Microsoft volume license management
Hardware and software procurement.
Managing hardware support contracts for Cisco, Checkpoint, Sonicwall, BT, Dell and HP
Mitel IP phone systems with ISDN30 and SIP with inline recording
This is a lead role reporting directly into the Head of IT and you will be acting as the escalation point for any junior members of staff
This contract is looking to start on 1st February with interviews to be scheduled next week. This will be a one stage face to face interview with a view to go straight to offer.
