ROLE
As Lead Infrastructure Architect, your role includes 3 distinct activities: advice, control and be visionary.
Asthe designer of the IT strategy based on the strategy of the organization for a specific field of activity, you will assist the organization in the implementation of this strategy.
Youshould also check that the strategy used is the one you defined.
Youmust always ensure that alignment between business and IT through clear communication to all parties/stakeholders.
Withinthe organization, you are a member of a cross-functional team that is involved in many projects. Each intervention must be carried out by integrating the three components of the role of Lead Infrastructure Architect.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
As Lead Infrastructure Architect, the following skills must be identified:
Consider the customer as the driver of the activities
Mastering professionally French, Dutch and English
Communication skills (empathy, active listening ...), convince and negotiate with different stakeholders populations (technical, non-technical, management, business ....)
Ability to change the strategy of the organization into an IT strategy
Able to provide a long-term vision of deploying a strategy through roadmaps
Being analytical
Be a force for innovation
Be and remain pragmatic
Being able to integrate solutions in the financial components (BC, ROI, TCO...)
Being able to mentor more junior staff in the public
Being able to integrate the different activities of risk management and mastery of quality
Have skills in project management (based on Prince 2)
Have knowledge of IT operational processes (ITIL)
Have a general knowledge of IT (infrastructure, Middleware, software, ...) and keep it
Be able to identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
Mastering professionally French, Dutch and English
Expertise in managing and modelling infrastructure in a heterogeneous environment
Ability to interact with solution providers
