An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Lead HR Generalist within a leading telecommunications company.

As a lead HR Generalist you will have had experience of and be responsible for:
*Partnering with middle to senior management of a customer group to deliver HR solutions that drive business results.
*Establish and build credibility as a HR professional with all employees and managers.
*Support consistent implementation of people related policies to drive business results. Adhere to compliance, process and legislation to enable effective decision making.
*Provide effective employee relations support to HR Generalist and Managers including consultation and collective bargaining activities where applicable.
*Manage complex case management including investigating and resolving issues such as long term absence, disciplinary, grievances and appeals as requested. Produce case minutes and letters when required. Store and track case documentation centrally.
*Lead (as appropriate) and Deliver the HR
*Highly developed leadership skills.
*Actively contribute to change and ability to manage change across a business area
*Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

The successful candidate will be able to multi- task effectively, have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
