Core responsibilities include: Supporting the development and rollout of a Safety Management System aligned to BS OHSAS 18001 and PAS 99 including associated procedures guidance and internal systems training. Additional responsibilities extend to: Acting as a Construction (Design * Formalised SMS auditing experience; * Formalised Incident Investigation experience * Technical experience in large EPC environment; * Proven experience of Safety Systems Coordination in an engineering and construction environment; * Excellent IT skills including resource planning, Microsoft Access and Excel, MS Outlook, Word * Experience of supplier competency assessments in an engineering and construction environment; * Ability to lead and work as part of a team and proven experience of working across a complex portfolio of projects; * Experienced and comfortable designing and delivering professional training. Acting as communications and marketing champion to ensure clear, consistent and concise communication of our core safety values throughout the business.
