Lead Functional Analyst

For our client in the energy sector we are looking for a Lead Functional Analyst on MIG documents
Start: August
Duration: 3 years
Location: Brussels
Language: English + Dutch or French (trilingual is preferred)
Within the Belgium Energy market the interaction between operators and suppliers is defined in MIG-documents. The current version MIG-4 will be replaced by MIG-6. Besides this new standard the current clearing houses will be replaced by a federal clearing house: Atrias. They will communicate with the operators following the newest agreements (MIG DGO).
Our client needs a lead functional analyst who will define the gab between MIG-4 and MIG-6 and draw the functional design. Besides participating the lead analyst will also coach and coordinate other analysts working on this project.
Responsibilities:
Facilitator & Coordinator of the Business Analysis & Functional Analysis & Design
Business Single Point Of Contact & coordinator towards Retail
Functional Single Point of Contact & coordinator towards IT cross domain:
- Billing, Settlement, T&S, Market Communication
Matching all Requirements towards functional design in RFP
Closing Requirements Gaps into Design
Assure Requirements: business/functional/non-functional coverge in RFP
Manage possible change request
Align Transition & Migration Strategy
Assuring Functional Analysis best practices & using Guidelines
Input & challenge Impact Assessment
Input & challenge suppliers for E2E solution during negociations
As of design/build
Input/Validate Functional Design
Input & challenge suppliers for E2E solution during implementation
Functional Input/Support during technical design/Build/testing/implementation
Input/Validate Test scenario's/cases/testing
