Lead Java Developer/Coach -- Brussels -- 6 months
JAVA - J2EE - JPA - JSF - SOAP - JUNIT - COACHING

Amoria Bond are looking for a Senior Java Developer/Coach to join one of our clients for a long term project in Brussels. You will be joining a team of Junior and Medior Developers, initially, on a running project. My client's software developers are missing some expert knowledge and experience with the new Java environment, which is causing delays in one of the instrumental projects that are currently running.

Your goal will consist of bringing the team back up to speed by: programming hands-on, deblock problems by providing solutions from previous projects. The work will roughly be divided into 40% coaching of other developers (technical skills as well as raising code quality awareness) and 60% hands-on development.
In summary: helping the team deliver projects with more speed, beter and at a higher quality.

Skills:
- Extensive experience withg Java/J2EE
- Relevant experience with JPA, JSF (+Primefaces), SOAP, JUnit (or similar technologies)
- Experience with technical design
- Experience as a Lead Developer or Coach
- Coaching junior and mediors
- Code reviewing
- Knowledge of REST, Jquery, Mockito, Sonar would be a plus.
