Lead Front-end Developer - ASP.NET MVC, React, C#

LOCATION: Zurich - Switzerland

JOB TYPE: Initial 12 Months contract (with a high possibility for extension)

SALARY RANGE: 800 - 950 CHF (depends on your expertise)

One of our Swiss financial clients is now looking for a Senior Front End Developer with team leading experience and ideally with extensive in-house development experience of trading applications. You will be exposed to the fund management business in a market area that is growing very fast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing web components (ASP.NET Core MVC with React) in a prototyping environment.
- Upgrading existing functionalities (WPF and WCF) and designing/implementing new features following best coding practices.
- Actively participate in extending the testing framework and maintaining/improving unit tests
- Support the production environment and the end-users

REQUIREMENTS:

- Various web technologies: ASP.NET MVC & Web API, TypeScript, JavaScript, React/or Angular
- Pro-found knowledge with C#, and WPF
- Experience in UX design

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Experience with .NET Core
- Database side technologies - Entity Framework, SQL Server
- Some knowledge with WPF Infragistics
- Unit testing and mocking frameworks
