- Supervision of the development and implementation of activity and engagement plans
- Alignment of activities with SE supervisors of the project and fostering client relationships
- In charge of monitoring and evaluation of activities
- Preparation of regular reports to the project management team and contribution to status reports
- Representation of SE activities at external conferences and other events
- Participation in internal meetings and advising project staff with regards to SE opportunities
- Budget responsibility
- University degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
- Relevant professional experience in multinational company
- International experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus (Greek and/or Italian)
- Experience of designing databases
- High flexibility and willingness to travel inside Europe
