- Responsible for operating and maintaining   Ericsson  CS & IN core equipment,   such as MSC-S, HLRs, MGWs, Relays etc.
- MSS Configuration & troubleshooting support ( all SW levels up to MSS   13A ), all APZ up to and including Blade plus APG40 and APG43. 
- Feature feasibility & review and studies and associated market   correction design test and implementation.
- IOT testing support for  Ericsson   core to non Ericsson vendor RAN including troubleshooting. 
- SW upgrade support for all AXE related system  
- MSC - IMS network integration troubleshooting CSCF EMA EMM SBC for OICK,   TICK based routing
- Migration & addition of Ericsson radio elements on MSS  with detailed procedure design   implementation and support
- Design and support of AoIP, TDM, ATM, Iu over IP implementation   procedures on MSS 
- HLR and MSC core migration and cutover support and implementation 
- Network optimisation of core and radio elements based to achieve KPIs   using STS and other related traffic logs, roaming optimisation on core   elements
- Integration and test support for    new 2G ( G13B) and 3G (W13A) into the MSS (R13A) network
- LTE CSFB, MTRF configuration,  testing   and troubleshooting on MSC
- Integration of new Blade APZ into the Service Provider network
- Support with  fault reproduction   and analysis MGW and MSS on R3 and R4.1 MGW R12 MSS
