Lead Engineer

Progressive Global Energy has been exclusively tasked to source a Lead Engineer for an Oil and Gas service company specializing subsea equipment. This position offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company working on some of the largest offshore developments all over the world. This exciting role also offers further advancement in the near future. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Provide engineering leadership for product and system design engineering requirements * Mentor team members when necessary * Manage day to day engineering activities to ensure products are finished in a timely manner per the project schedule * Assure proper design procedures are being followed and commit to a high standard of safety and quality * Communicate/ collaborate with the VP of Engineering Requirements: * 5 years + experience of subsea, mechanical or hydraulic background * Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent previous experience * Strong interpersonal skills * Some engineering management experience * Candidate must be legally authorized to work in theU.S. As mentioned earlier, this is an exclusive role.
