Lead Electronic Design Engineer

Lead Electronics Design Engineer/Digital Circuit Designer required to help complete architecture design of a small PCB with multiple; Kintex7, TI Sitara processors, memory busses, etc. Produce detailed design documentation of PCB, schematic capture of PCB (ORCAD) and critical design review of PCB design. Also act as interface with layout company.

Due to the nature of work and secure nature of the client, the successful candidate will be required to be SC Cleared prior to starting; therefore current SC Clearance is highly desirable. This is a 3 month contract which is likely to be extended and will be based out of Malvern.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- PCB design
- Processor design
- FPGA circuit design
- CPLD
- Power Supply design for above
- Analogue sensor integration

ADDITIONAL PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

- GNSS knowledge
- Galileo knowledge
- Secure/Crytographic hardware design experience
- PCB bring up tests
- PCB test load
- Team Player

Must also have experience of ORCAD and Design documentation skills with VHDL also desirable.
