LEAD DIGITAL CREATIVE (UX, ART DIRECTION, WIREFRAME, MOBILE, TABLET, WEB, BRAND)

A Lead Digital Creative is required by a leading global entertainment company and household name.

This role is part of a team who responsible for digital content and destinations across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Adhering to brand guidelines and quality control, the Lead Creative will work closely with production teams providing creative leadership, user experience consultation and art direction to both in-house and external builds. They will develop and facilitate innovative design solutions for digital interactive propositions, meeting commercial objectives and promoting the brands creative reputation as the number one entertainment destination.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Working to programme schedules to deliver websites and digital content for up to twenty-three markets across EMEA. This includes developing new original content ideas that maximise loyalty and engagement the target demographic. The Lead Designer must be an organised, strong team player, leader and manager with a passion for design and digital media.
- Creative oversight and production of all digital content across desktop, tablet and mobile, working with internal colleagues and supporting agency relationships.
- Regional brand guardian for interactive experiences ensuring the quality, compliance and integrity of all online destinations.
- Drive creative leadership standards with Agencies, partners and third party suppliers, leading the entire creative process.
- Help develop and incorporate personas and goals insights into design solutions to optimise user journeys and information architecture.
- Help create wireframes and user journey scenarios prior to design development.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative, EMEA to originate original creative concepts, strategies and innovative products and services that have significant impact for the company.

EXPERIENCE

- Experience in the region of 7 years digital creative and interactive media experience with strong digital portfolio.
- Exceptional knowledge of the design production and process.
- Extensive experience of art direction, user experience design and overseeing the visualisation and implementation of creative propositions.
- High level of appreciation for the design strategy and the importance of branding.
- Experience of managing and leading a multi-disciplined creative team.
- Experience of content management systems.

SKILLS

- Extensive knowledge of core digital design programs to provide informed direction to team and to support production effort.
- Excellent understanding of technical aspects of digital delivery (HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, etc.) and an understanding of limitations, strengths and where to use appropriately
- Ability to manage brand integrity and present to core stakeholders on local site developments.
- Highly proficient understanding of user-centred design, the user experience and information architecture and a comprehensive understanding of designing to accessibility standard.
- Leadership and mentoring attributes, people orientation, interpersonal skills and resource management.
