Lead Digital Analyst - 50-60k - London

Lead Digital Analyst required by leading global Marketing and IT Solutions Company. As a Lead Digital Analyst you will be an ambassador for digital analytics across the business-providing insight on customer experience, optimisation, enhancing consumer retention rates, and encouraging the acquisition of new customers through providing input in customer engagement strategy.

Daily responsibilities include; producing adhoc reports and analysis in order to understand consumer behaviour, identifying client objectives whilst simultaneously offering analytical solutions, and consulting on the implementation of adequate web analytic tools via numerous websites, behavioural targeting strategies and campaigns.

Other duties include campaign tagging and on-site tracking, providing advice and undertaking social analytics projects, and identifying how online and offline data can be integrated to improve modelling, targeting and personalisation.

Suitable candidates will come from a marketing / business intelligence context, have 5 years+ online experience (i.e web analytics, optimisation, and AB/MVT testing), hands on experience in implementing web analytics tools across a variety of websites, an excellent understanding of online marketing and web metrics, expert level knowledge and experience with analytical software such as SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, or Webtrends. Experience with offline analytics, namely, predictive modelling and segmentation is also essential.
