Lead Developer mit Technischer Teilprojektleitung (m/w)

• The Lead Developer / technical Project Lead specifies,
designs, implements and/or tests complex software
programs, modules and/or functions. He acts as the
interface between the customer and the development
team (Onsite & Offshore).
• Works on projects developing efficient and effective
applications in accordance with the context provided
by the project manager or customer adhering to
team/company standards and software best practice
guidelines, and corporate policies.
• Gathers and interprets requirements from the
customer, crystallize stories and acceptance criteria,
and leads the technical implementation.
• Leads and guides technical team members in a multi s
site environment.
• Ensure all developments are fully documented, meet
high level design requirements e.g. data, customer
experience, architecture, security, quality &
operations, as well as regulatory & industry standards
so projects are fit for purpose leaving testing &
transitioning to live.

ANFORDERUNG:
• Experience in customer facing roles
• Experience in demonstrating thought leadership in
respective specialized technical areas to customers
• Experience in project delivery and execution using
standard project management methods in agile
environments.
• Extensive practical experience in SW development
based on, Java, JSF, JSP, JDK, Eclipse, Spring,
Hibernate, Web sphere including deployment work.
• Key knowledge proven by certifications, e.g. SUN
Certified Java Programmer
• Practical experience in SW development connecting
with Host/legacy systems and Data Warehouses using
Oracle databases.
• Experience in complex Application Lifecycle
Management systems (SVN) and continuous
integration concepts and implementation (Hudson)
• Work independently and/or within a team as the work
requires. Participate in team activities and team
planning with the aim of improving team skills,
awareness and quality of work
• Technical leadership of software development teams
in a onsite offshore model
• Other Skills
• Fluent German and English in speaking and writing
• Effective communicator
• Works independently and self organized with a clear
focus on results
