Lead C# ASP.Net Developer -Poole- £40,000+

Working within a fast-paced delivery team for a growing company you will be responsible for providing a technical lead role in projects, visiting clients to understand the technical scope and documenting this. In addition you will take an active role in assessing, scoping and building technical aspects of projects and ensuring technical quality of production. Clients include some of the UK's leading blue chips, there are opportunities for training and development as well as generous pensions scheme, holiday allowance and a good social scene.

Lead C# ASP.Net Developer -Poole- £40,000+

Essential:

- Proven experience in developing and building web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET and C# - including 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 + Linq and Ajax
- Object Oriented Design
- N-Tier solution design and development
- HTML and JavaScript
- Exceptional knowledge of software development and RDMS design
- Understanding of deployment architecture, security and performance
- Evidence of project responsibility from conception to completion
- Experience of liaising with clients and key stakeholders
- Experience of successful team leadership and mentoring

Desirable:

- Digital agency environment experience
- Used content management systems: Open Text, Immediacy, EPiServer, Sitecore, Sharepoint and Umbraco.
