Are you a seasoned desktop support professional with excellent customer service, troubleshooting and leadership skills? Then this may be a great fit for you! We seek a seasoned, team player who is customer services oriented for this position. As the Lead you will help lead and mentor the cohesion of the support team, as well as help tweak processes/documentation for efficiency. You will be the go to resource and final point of escalation for internal support. You will provide telecommunication, desktop hardware and software support to onsite end users and remote end users. You will primarily be responsible for installation of network printers and software, Workstation configuration, network connectivity resolution and related troubleshooting. SKILLS REQUIRED
- 4+ years experience in Information Technology end user support (desktop)
- Experience in an enterprise environment (around 800+ end users)
- Team lead/leadership skills
- Expert level support knowledge of Windows XP and 7
- 2+ years of support experience in a Lotus Notes environment
- Kaseya (Scripting experience in Kaseya required)
- McAfee ePO
- A+ Certification
