For our client we are looking for a Lead Designer who can help improve the UX of our internal applications by mapping the customer journey, translating requirements into an interface design and prototype as well as coach, guide and influence your colleagues to contribute to a better user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate via prototypes and wireframes how our applications can make a positive impact in the lives of our customers by defining innovative user experiences;
- Design UI layouts including controls, labels and graphical elements on both mobile and desktop platforms;
- Collaborate on creating user stories to define development tasks;
- Translate wireframes into visual designs that developers can translate into a functioning prototype;
- Work with technical experts who build the business logic, workflows, and processes that feed and consume information provided by the interfaces;
- Work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team
- Integrating your design expertise inside an agile development environment;
- Help create visual representations of UX Research such as user journey maps and persona profiles;
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to translate their needs, work environment, and contexts of use to create stunning visual designs that incorporate the company's branding and creative innovation.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to other business analysts and developers within the scrum teams

- Risk Services Organization focuses on enabling and supporting the primary risk (and finance) capabilities through information management and analytics in the areas of Data Management, Project & Change Management, Operations, User support and Risk Reporting.

- The Information
- Experienced in leading small design teams in a user centered design process;
- Expert in user interface design, perception and experimental design;
- Knowledge of user research and usability evaluation techniques;
- Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills;
- Understand the agile work environment and be able to work inside Scrum-based projects;
- Mobile and web application design experience across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) including demonstrating an understanding of responsive web design;
- A self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and hands on attitude.
- Able to work independently, to coordinate own activities and to gather information from relevant stakeholders
- You are communicative, proactive and able to work with challenging deadlines.
- This role is a 3-months effort, and depending on your availability (min. 16 and max. 32 hours per week) the hiring period will vary.
