Our client, part of the RWE group, is an innovative energy supplier in Belgium, providing energy and energy related products and services to both households and businesses. We have the ambition to become the number one data-driven energy retailer. To guide us along the path towards this ambition, we are looking for a senior Data Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Advice on data architecture
- Help onboard the Data Team;
- Assist the Data Product Owner with the creation of the initial Data Product Backlog;
- Act as delivery lead (ScrumMaster) for the pilot projects;
- Communicate regular status updates to the stakeholders;
- Prepare
- Fine-tune delivery plan (approach, budget, resources);
- Identify risks
- Define Data Governance best practices;
- Help shaping

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Proven thought leadership in the Data Analytics domain;
- Ability to steer
- First-hand experience rolling out state-of-the-art data landscapes;
- Embrace the Agile way-of-working (Scrum, LeSS);
- Broad familiarity with Cloud

PERSONAL SKILLS:

- Great communicator
- Experience with the energy retail sector is a definite plus, but not a must;
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
