JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyzing Data from a call center Voice Over IP environment to identify trends in call data gathering
- In depth analysis of data to determine system performance and identify irregularities
- Generate reports to determine historical trends and provide analysis down to the call level
- Monitor reports after trends have been identified
- Advanced knowledge of Access, Excel and experience with DB2 required.
- Understanding of call center environment, with knowledge of queuing theory.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Reviews, extracts and analyzes data to be used in formulation of procedures, processes and other requirements. Provides reports of relevant activity to be used to identify problematic areas and to provide basis for modification and/or elimination of operations issues. Revises existing reports and develops new reports based on changing methodologies.
- Analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics and/or metrics.
- Develops complex analysis and sophisticated data compilation, verification, and interpretations to guide divisional efforts.
- Creates data search programs to identify pertinent data needed to provide supporting documentation for system or operational enhancements/changes.
- Communicates and/or trains employees and managers on the complex database programs used to generate analytical data.
- Documents reporting procedures so other staff can run ad hoc reports independently.
- Designs, codes, and maintains complex database programs for the extraction and analysis of data to support financial and operational decisions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors in Stat, Comp Sci, Math, Bus/Healthcare Admin or related field OR 2 Yr Degree in Comp Sci, Bus or related + extra 2 years reporting work exp Required
- 6 Years Research and Analysis Experience Required
- Advanced MS Access - Linking Tables and Building Queries Required
- Advanced Excel Required
- DB2 Required
