Lead Cyber / IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Design, develop, install, configure, test, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade cyber security components
-Identify security requirements, based upon need or translate high-level security requirements into detailed technical requirements
-Support various technical and non-technical stakeholders to specify and negotiate security requirements
-Interact with network and system engineering teams to effectively communicate and develop security solutions
-Ensure the technical design and contribute to implementation of new components and/or enhancements in coordination with other team members in particular project managers, security architects and engineers
-Write comprehensive documentation
-Hardening/securing of Windows Servers and Desktops
-ITIL process implementation and improvement
-Hardening/securing of Unix-like systems (such as System V, Linux, or BSD)
-Supporting test activities on a technical level
-Guide and teach testing
-Maintenance of testing environment
-Level 3 support

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fluency in English and German (Spoken and Written)
-Familiarity with change management and deployment processes in large IT organizations (ITIL)
-Knowledge about email security (S/MIME, PGP and STARTTLS), digital certificates, trust management (CA, PKI), as well as cryptography
-Knowledge about email infrastructure and protocols
-Familiarity with waterfall based project approaches and distributed project environments
-Established knowledge of testing approaches
-Know-how regarding UNIX/Linux (SLES), Apache, Java, C++, HTML, eMail encryption on mobile devices
-End-to-end delivery attitude; responsible for completion of tasks, including extensive administrative overhead, stakeholder involvement and problem solving
-Profound experience as a Systems Engineer or Software Engineer with demonstrated experience on Information Security or an advanced degree in Information Security
-Experience in enterprise environments
-Solid and proven experience with Network Security Technologies
-IT (Security) certificates (CISSP, CISM, ITIL) desirable
-Highly transparent working approach, effective communication, timely escalation, pro-active
