Lead Copy Writer/Communication Manager

The Lead copy writer will be responsible for the production of highest quality letter content, email templates, SMS templates and website materials. The role will require an understanding of the key processes across the business and within the contact centres, a regulatory lens, and the ability to influence people in the business to deliver without positional power.

* Project experience - covering business, operations and technology
* Excellent written communication skills and ability write in many styles in line with channel need and brand alignment
* Regulatory and policy initiatives
* Contact centre and operational complaints processes
* Financial service regulatory knowledge
* Customer data understanding of data protection and data privacy
* Strong stakeholder and Matrix management
* Financial controls of projects and financial reporting against them
* Commercially driven projects and benefits realisation
* Direct customer contact campaigns
* Mixed onshore/offshore environments
* Strong stakeholder and Matrix management - delivering subcontracted work
