OVERVIEW:
The Lead Coordinator's Main responsibility is to ensure the smooth transition of sales leads through multiple systems (11i, Siebel, SFDC and Eloqua) ensuring they are in sync and kept up-to-date by sales and marketing users. They will also assist the teams in supporting sales through the transition period just after SalesForce launch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for manually passing leads from SFDC and back from source system multiple times daily.
Ensures fidelity between the two SFDC instances through crosscheck reporting
Coordinates support for issues with leads process or systems
Assists with parsing and upload of leads
Monitors leads assigned to Partner Programme members, and ensures re-assigning leads if partner has left the programme
Supports in governing lead data quality within systems and lead archiving of rotting leads'
Point of contact for supporting agencies who assist in lead management process (EIMS, Bulldog and LBDGA among others globally)
Assists in supporting Sellers with questions on lead process and resolution
Supports team on lead management process and other duties as required

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years Previous experience with telephone lead qualification, telephone marketing, lead management, marketing data management or similar work
advanced excel skills, experience working with marketing lists in a variety of formats
experience in SFDC, Siebel and/or Oracle R11i
fluent English
Strong attention to detail, action oriented and results driven
strong problem solving
excellent time and task management
