Lead Consumer Insight Analyst - 45-50k - London

Lead Consumer Insight Analyst required by an established Commercial Insight company. As a Lead Consumer Insight Analyst you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and supervising the project work of a team of two SAS/SQL analysts, and will be collaborating with numerous business consultants, whilst managing external stakeholders, in order to deliver business critical insight.

Your main responsibilities include; devising work methods and processes that enhance efficiency, add value, minimise cost, and will be providing apt technical and methodological solutions that enhance the speed of delivery.

Suitable candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, 4-5 years experience within within data analytics, namely, of large customer data sets, managerial/ supervisory work (i.e. leading less senior Analysts), expert knowledge of SAS/SQL, and proven experience within a consultative analytical role e.g. scoping projects, putting together briefs, delivering findings and presentation to stakeholders.

Previous experience with local marketing, network investment planning, statistical techniques (i.e. regression, CHAID, clustering campaign evaluations, customer profiling, and/or segmentation development), line management, customer loyalty data, or working within an insight agency, or retail or FMCG context would be beneficial although, not a prerequisite.
