Lead Consultant (Transformation, Retail Banking, Process Re-Engineering, Automation, Change, Technology)

My Client is a Global Retail Bank in need of a Lead based in London to support a multi-regional, Matrix managed Transformation Programme. The ideal individual will have a wealth of experience in Retail Banking, driving Change, innovation and ensuring that Customer needs are met along with delivery goals.

The role holder will be responsible for the coordination of re-engineering customer journey stories with a focus on high impact to service and costs. Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management is a must as this Programme overarches all key product lines within the Bank so seniority of those faced off to will be Global Heads of Business all the way through to the customer - both Business and Technology.

This role will be working closely with Technology to create an implementation plan for the core regions for roll out the automation/process re-engineering activities to so the ability to communicate with IT is key.

This is a long term opportunity as the Transformation Programme runs into 2018.
