Lead Commercial Insight Analyst required by prominent international Marketing Services Company. As a Lead Commercial Insight Analyst you will the most senior Analyst within the business, leading, and working within a small team, partnering with stakeholders, and providing in-depth insight and business recommendations. You will also be shaping courses of action that will enhance loyalty and drive the business's key Mobile Relationship Management proposition.

Your main responsibilities will include; developing and applying an analytical and behavioural segmentation framework that enables customer-level insight, and undertaking further analysis to drive key strategic business decisions. You will also be managing the maintenance of existing segmentation / profiling analysis and the development of propensity models to guide customer engagement, retention, and ARPU development strategies.

This role will see you as the main point of contact for analytical queries, proactively approaching Business Departments with new insight and recommendations, and presenting modelling, analysis, and measurement to stakeholders and key business drivers.

Emphasis will be placed on, and your success will be defined by, the quality and depth of insight you deliver, alongside the subsequent business value your recommendations on customer targeting add.

Suitable candidates will have a critical and commercially astute stance towards data interpretation and mapping; will have a numerical degree, extensive experience within a customer analytics / modelling role, CRM / Customer Insight profiling, segmentation & propensity modelling, alongside manipulation of large datasets.

Technical strength with SAS Base, SAS Stat, SAS Macro, SQL querying, Google Analytics, Excel (preferably VBA level) is essential, alongside knowledge of data quality issues, SAS application design/ development/testing methodologies, techniques and tools.

Experience with Access, transactional data, and / or within a Telecommunications or Financial Services context, and foreign language capability is desirable, although not a prerequisite.

This is a visible, autonomous, and creative role that involves the Lead Commercial Insight Analyst having significant strategic input that, thus providing great scope to excel professionally.
