LEAD CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Tremendous opportunity for a Lead Change Management Consultant to join a dynamic organization and work on an enterprise mission critical project.

We are going to implement a new cloud based software solution/Data Warehouse to replace multiple home grown systems that handle mission critical data, reporting, and consulting evaluations and recommendations for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading the change management for this extremely large new enterprise solution and Data Warehouse that will impact every department in the company. You will be the only Change Management Consultant on the project and work closely with the Project Manager, several System Analysis, each department's leaders, vendors, and other consultants.

You will create the change management strategy, apply structure methodology, lead change management activities, access impact of changes on stakeholders, design and conduct readiness assessments and evaluate results, create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and utilization, identify resistance and change management performance gaps and implement corrective actions, work with teams to integrate change management (including working with the training and communications department), risk mitigation, create actionable deliverables for change management levers (communication plan, sponsorship road map, coaching plan, leadership action plan, training plan, and resistance management plans), and monitor change process.

In order to successfully do this project, you must be a true consultant, strong facilitator, have high emotional intelligence, strong change management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This is an initial 6 month contract with the option to extend longer term (up to 2 years) that is based in Marietta area. Great work environment and the opportunity to work a 4 day work week. A preference for change management certifications.
