Lead C++ - Trading Developer - Financial Services - London Working on cutting edge trading platforms, this is an outstanding opportunity for a specialist with substantial economic reward. The platform is also complex - providing a variety of workflows for Interest Rate, Credit, Equity and Commodity derivatives with logic encapsulated in many hundreds of thousands of lines of code. - If successful, you will be responsible for: - Modify and extend the code base. - Defining and improving C++ trading strategy. - Working very closely with the business - traders and Quants. - Mentoring junior members of the team. - Participate in the program of continual improvement by identifying ways in which the code base and development processes can become better. To be considered for this brilliant role, you must be: - Very strong with C++ on both Windows and Unix/Linux - Experienced with low latency, high throughput electronic trading systems. - Exchange Connectivity ( Nice to have) - Any further business knowledge of equities, futures or options would be greatly beneficial.
