Lead Business Systems Analyst

OUR CLIENT, A LEADING FORTUNE 500 COMPANY, IS SEEKING 2 LEAD BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS FOR 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH EXTENSIONS LIKELY.

Overtime: straight time

-8+ years experience as a Business Analyst
-Expertise in the creation of standard requirements artifacts, including use-case diagrams, systems requirements documents, (that include functional and non-functional requirements), traceability matrixes and context diagrams.
-Expertise at requirements elicitation and interviewing techniques to gather requirements from subject matter experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders.
-Experience in the creation of functional and non-functional requirements in the form of high-level product descriptions and detailed story cards.
-Ability to ask clarifying/probing questions of key stakeholders to determine and document requirements
-Ability to see the big picture and conceptualize the future-state and/or end-product, help others understand the future-state through a combination of leadership and facilitation.
-Experience in Agile (or iterative) methodology
-Experience in a creating requirements for processes and application development projects
-Ability to expertly communicate both verbally and in writing
-Ability to lead other project resources (eg senior-level BSAs) and organize the work for efficient execution.
-Strong PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and SharePoint
-Ability to negotiate and foster cooperation
