Lead Business Architect - Credit Cards Migration - Banking

LEAD BUSINESS ARCHITECT - CREDIT CARDS MIGRATION PROGRAMME - BANKING.

Candidates must have business architecture experience within the financial services/banking area. Experience of credit cards, ideally credit card migration projects is strongly preferred.

You would be required to engage with key stakeholders on the Programme to influence the proposition development to meet business goals, scope, strategy and the Target Operating Model requirements on complex business issues to identify root causes, solution options and implications - working with both business and IT colleagues.

You will also be responsible for shaping and aligning change programmes; solve design issues and challenges; govern business design; develop models and maintain the target and transition state operating models.

Excellent communication skills are required as stakeholder management will be a key responsibility.
