Lead Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst

Hyphen Recruitment have a new vacancy for a Lead Business Analyst to work for large financial client in Norwich, East Anglia.
*LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST/SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - FNZ - PENSIONS.*

Start date ASAP
Duration end March 2013
Location Norwich, East Anglia ( some travel to Peterborough/York)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is able to lead others and has FNZ, 3rd party and Pensions background.

ESSENTIAL:
*Business Analysis to ISEB or equivalent including
o Ability to start up requirements phase and manage through to end deliverable
o Able to understand and articulate level of requirements required at different stages of project and by different people
o Experience of using Use Cases/Business Rules Catalogue/NFRs/Process Mapping
o E-Commerce experience
o Workshop facilitation skills - but able to demonstrate the thought processes/structure required to design and lead a workshop in order to deliver an objective
o Experience of estimating BA Tasks and articulating how they would approach a piece of analysis
o Ability to work at a very detailed level
o Ability to either work on own or lead other BAs

DESIRABLE:
*Breadth of delivery methods including Waterfall and Agile

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/METHODOLOGIES USED:
ESSENTIAL:
*Proven track record in delivering Business Analysis artefacts for an FNZ implementation
*Working in large organisations
*Pension industry experience
*Pensions and Platform experience, including Investments in the corporate/employer environment.

DESIRABLE:
*Stakeholder management to Director level.
*Different sales channels
*Designing user interfaces.
*eComm front-ends.
