Lead Business Analyst - Retail Banking - (Halifax, Chester, London)

My client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work on a large retail resilience programme which is led by their Group IT. The ideal candidate will have working experience in retail banking. The client is flexible on location and you are able to work from Halifax, Chester or London.

Essential skills required for this Lead Business Analyst role are:

- Knowledge of Retail banking and payments
- Experience of delivering migrations from Legacy systems with Everyday Banking
- Hands on use of the IDEA reconciliation tool, and evidence of building complex reports
- Good Stakeholder management, able to work with other team to gather their requirements and assess their capacity to deliver
- Technical computer skills such as VBA PL1, SQL and Excel macros
- Experience of previous finance and operations experience including data mapping and cleanse activity.
- Able to manage technical business/IT analysts to understand migration requirements
- Ability to deliver a delivery roadmap and build into an overall business case
- Willingness to work in multiple locations and to work to tight deadlines
- Experience of working with third party IT suppliers
