I am looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work in Halifax.

THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THIS LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE ARE:

- Business Change Management Processes
- Complex & extensive Stakeholder Management and Communications skills & experience
- Change Management experience required and Migration experience is essential
- Retail Banking & Savings knowledge required
- Previous experience of Data & Archiving solutions required

AS A MINIMUM, TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST MEET THE SKILLS CRITERIA BELOW

- Sector knowledge of Financial Services
- Knowledge of previous migrations and multi-stream programmes and the governance structures needed to deliver them.
- Experience of managing assumptions, risks, issues and dependencies across a multi-stream migration from Legacy systems within an FS organisation
- Ability to create and manage the business case through submission and subsequent financial control of the programme
- Ability to build a delivery roadmap and build into an overall business case, and gain stakeholder approval for the budget and plan
- Deep skills in MS Project with experience of building and managing MS Project plans
- Experience of working at system level and willingness to drive to the detail of data field mapping and validation, to support correct allocation of migration strategies for each account type.
- Has experience of, and understands migration phases for moving account information from source to target systems
- Able to report on the interdependencies with other resilience work streams
- Ability to build a delivery roadmap and build into an overall business case
- Experience of creating, defining and administrating governance steering groups
- Willingness to work in multiple locations and to work to tight deadlines, and take on additional responsibility where necessary
- Prince 2 qualified, or equivalent
- Experience & proven ability to manage & negotiate agreements & contracts with Third-Party suppliers

WHAT ARE THE DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THIS ROLE?

- Deep sector knowledge of Retail Banking
- Experience of delivering migrations from Legacy systems within Everyday Banking
- Knowledge of the IF systems and account functionality, compared to the target functionality available
- Good stakeholder management, able to work with other teams to gather their requirements and assess their capacity to deliver
- Able to manage technical business analysts to understand the migration requirements
- Ability to understand interrelationships of offset mortgages/current accounts/loans
- Willingness to work in multiple locations and to work to tight deadlines
- Preferably Prince 2 qualified, or equivalent.
