LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - REGULATORY - HALIFAX - RETAIL BANKING - £405

My client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to join a large scale change programme in Halifax. The programme is a regulatory project within investment and protection ensuring all aspects of change are managed effectively.

Essential Skills:

- Experience within risk compliance and regulatory management
- Strategical thinker
- Collaborative worker who is capable of delivering results
- Capable of leading other business analysts whilst supporting the BA planning activities
- Manage the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design's for a small or large projects or workstreams
- Be involved with the analysis, planning, eliciting, defining and communication of requirement validation for changes to business operations, processes, product and service offerings
- Make excellent use of conceptual knowledge to form recommendations
- Ability to work alongside others and share any knowledge and/or experience to help strengthen the skills of the BA Team

Desired Skills:

- Positive/Can Do Attitude
- Experience working within a retail bank
- Proffesional qualifications eg Prince/ISEB/BCS
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
