Lead Business Analyst - Rectifications - Banking - Halifax

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - RECTIFICATIONS - BANKING - LEEDS

We have a requirement for a Lead Business Analyst with experience in customer rectifications to join our client based in Halifax or Leeds. This is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months. Ideally candidates will have worked on a rectifications project in the past with experience of mapping and enhancing customer journeys within a banking environment.

- Strong Analysis and Problem Solving skills
- Identification of Process Improvements
- Gap Identification & Analysis

RATE: £405 per day

DURATION: 6 months+

LOCATION: Leeds, West Yorkshire

START: Early July 2015
