To reduce latent Financial Control Risk across the Finance operating model for Insurance.
- Professional skills: qualified accountant preferred (CA or ACCA, not CIMA);
- Technical skills: knowledge of ledger structures & systems (specifically SAP & Oracle GLs). Nominal account codes & CoA (Chart of Account) structures is important. Ideally Hierarchy
- General skills: strong stakeholder management, works proactively
- Background/level of experience: financial services, preferably insurance. As we're restricted re budget c3-5 years BA experience/have worked on one or two projects/programmes.
Desirable:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualified, with specific understanding of ledger structures (CoA & Hierarchies)
