We have a requirement for a Lead Business Analyst to join a retail bank based in Bristol. The successful candidate will be managing a BA team of 10-15 individuals across several transformation projects.
Key Skill:
- Recent transformation experience within financial services.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ BA's.
- 5+ years Senior Business Analysis experience.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
