LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - LEADING UK BANK, HALIFAX

Our client, a leading UK bank, is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work for Emerging Payments programme within the Products change division

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:

- Requiring an individual with strong banking and payments card knowledge
- Strong payments focussed Business Analyst with 5+ years experience working within a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of electronic and mobile payment
- Full Project Lifecycle experience
- Ability to analyse existing "AS IS" and work towards delivering the "TO BE" process.
- MUST HAVE STRONG process mapping skills to map both "As-is" and "To-be" process Flows.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation for senior stakeholders
- Experience of Powerpoint, Excel, Visio and Access
- Highly literate and strong communication skills
