Lead Business Analyst for Salesforce Program Development Team (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Management of key business stakeholders to understand their requirements at a high level and set their expectations of delivery within this heavily regulated industry
-Creation of relevant Functional Specification documentation for use in hybrid agile development environment
-Collaboration with development team to deliver business priority items into SalesForce system
-Perform Project Management duties on specific releases including project planning and risk management
-Constant focus on the delivery of the agreed project deliverables and benefits, including early implementation where possible

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
-Experience of contract management or document management lifecycle (preferably Apttus)
-You are adaptable and pragmatic, with drive and determination
-Hands on style and high level of attention to detail
-Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability and mind set to jump in, create consensus and resolve issues
-Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, experience in writing BRD and FSD style documents
-Experience with working on project deliverables in the financial sector or similar heavily regulated industry (Asset Management/Banking preferred but not essential)
-Experience in working within project teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle and of operating with multiple methodologies, such as waterfall and agile
-Experience in data migration projects either through initial seeding of CRM systems or data integrations to external systems to enrich existing CRM data
-A strong technical background, at ease when communicating with technical teams and Solution Architects
-Strong people and stakeholder management skills and a delivery focus with the ability to run working groups to deliver the solution
