Customer Transformation is at the heart of dealing with customer complaints. They look at products from the customer's perspective, identifying any potential complaints that could arise before making the necessary changes. We always consider our customers when launching any new initiatives and evaluate if any proposed solution will be right for them.

As a Lead Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:

* Working on multiple high-impact projects, taking prime responsibility for identifying, quantifying, planning and controlling all business analysis activity on your portfolio while ensuring the subsequent solution is fit for purpose
* Shaping and leading all Business Analysis workstreams on major business change projects and small change programmes, ensuring delivery against all time, cost and quality measures
* Actively contributing and championing the development of the change delivery process
* Working with the business to shape new ideas and solutions for our Retail Bank
* Providing inspirational line-management to all Business Analysts to assist with their education in analysis skills, quality of work and personal development

As a Lead Business Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include:

* Strong business analysis skills or experience
* A knowledge of requirement gathering
* A background in stakeholder management
* Process and design mapping capabilities
* Experience of working in an agile project environment
