Lead Business Analyst eCommerce for Erlangen/Nuremberg sought

For one of our clients we are looking for a Lead Business Analyst eCommerce

Main task:
This role would need to be strong in organizational design and requirements management for large eCommerce projects

Target of Task:
- Help customers achieve business goals by translating customer needs into high-level functional modules and detailed requirements
- Help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners
- Lead the gathering and prioritization of business requirements based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities
- Participate in the documentation of the detailed requirements and functional specifications
- Create strong working relationships with clients in business and IT roles
- Develop and present solutions and recommendations
- Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
- Lead customer, vendor, market analysis and client interviews
- Lead secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analyses
- Lead financial analysis and business case development
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities including client proposals

Required Skills:
- Excellent problem identification and analytical skills
- Recent experience on Business analyst position
- Experience of business analysis in digital business
- Ability to interact with senior clients and translate their requirements into action plan
- Working experience in international environment
- Experience with organizational and process design for eBusiness organizations.
- eComm experience, requirements management experience
- Experience with primary and secondary research & analysis, financial analysis and business case development, as well as with process mapping and process redesign
- Experience in the mechanical engineering field
- Experience with big projects
