Lead Business Analyst - Dashboard (French and English Speaker) (m/f)

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - DASHBOARD (FRENCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKER)

- Hands-on senior Business Analyst
- Understanding of IT systems to support architecture and systems integration teams in detailing the solution requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Requirements gathering within data-intensive BI projects, for reports and dashboards
- Leading reporting and dashboards workshops with business users
- Defining UAT scenarios and cases
- Establishment and maintenance of business analysis deliverable standards and guidelines
- High-level understanding of reports and dashboards tools
- High-level understanding of MDM and data governance
- High level understanding of business and operational process definition
- High-Level understanding of Datamodelling
- Proven ability to successfully define the scope of a project
- Proven leadership in a culturally diverse environment
- Able to effectively communicate, including documentation and presentations
- Experience in project delivery
- Team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues
- Fluent in English and French
- Available to travel within France on a regular basis
- Background in manufacturing environment preferred

DUTIES:

- Document and gain approval for business requirements
- Document and gain approval for UAT cases
- Support and validate architecture definition
- Support discovery of required data sources
- Capture and consolidate business-level requirements for reporting and dashboards
- Act as internal dashboard/BI expert for your domain and coordinates activities with business group representatives
- Document and obtain approval for functional requirements and specifications
- Tracks bug fixing
- Formalize existing solutions by documenting related best practices
- Support risk and unresolved-issues management with timely reporting and escalation

Share expertise with other team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and support the establishment of training plan(s)

SOFT SKILLS:

- The project requires a strong focus on business needs and results. You will be working closely with the BI Project Manager to facilitate quick wins and the development of useful and trusted dashboards.
