Lead Business Analyst - CRM

We currently have a vacancy for a Lead Business Analyst to work in the People and Process stream within the CRM 2.0 project team to manage the functional requirements for the replacement CRM solution. This will include activities across the whole project lifecycle from the Discovery to Deploy stages, and managing a Junior Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities of the role:

-Actively contribute to Functional Requirements workshops.
-Assist with documenting the functional requirements for the MS Dynamics NFP CRM solution.
-Clarify functional requirements and resolve design integration issues.
-Produce updated/new process diagrams for CRM 2.0 solution.
-Interact with the CRM 2.0 Data Migration supplier to provide support for resolving data issues for data migration requirements and solution design.
-Take on responsibility for coaching the CRM 2.0 Business analysts in formal BA methods whilst producing project deliverables.

Required attributes:

-Worked within the Prince 2 Project lifecycle and methodology.
-Performed business analysis for multi-function organisations.
-Delivered solutions for the CRM function for organisations that have a large volume of customers, interactions and transactions.
-Analysed and documented complex processes from a variety of stakeholders.
-Written requirement specifications for CRM solutions including user access and data management.
-Interacted directly with end users to 1) solicit specific user requirements; 2) train users in the use of complex system functionality; 3) conduct user acceptance testing.
-Familiarity with the challenge of managing Data Protection measures.
-Preferable to have experience with Raisers Edge and MS Dynamics CRM.
-Preferable to have a formal qualification in Structured Analysis & Design.

This role will provide an opportunity for the holder to experience taking the lead of a small business analyst team. It will suit someone who wants to line manage whilst continue to practice and extend their own business analysis skill base with practical end to end project experience.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
