- The ability to understand and document the scope of a project with reference to: objectives, high-level deliverables, critical success factors and strategic alignment
- The ability to manage all aspects of business requirements, from elicitation through to sign-off and change control
- The ability to map as is' business processes using a range of tools (including Microsoft Visio)
- The ability to document and communicate to be' business processes to a wide and diverse range of stakeholders
- The ability to provide full traceability from scoping material through to solution documents
