Lead Business Analyst/Client Data Management wanted for an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing end to end requirements from IT perspective
- Conducting business workshops to elicit requirements followed by in-depth analysis and translation to system level artifacts
- Performing functional testing of built application
- Coaching and instructing less senior fellow BAs, methodologically as well as from a functional perspective
- Facilitating business buy-in through periodic application walkthroughs or showfurther education (MBA, CBAP TOGAF or PMI etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of one or more of the following sectors (as well as consultant): Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance
- Experience with Agile methodologies; UML and Visio is a plus
- Understanding about banking processes, especially with respect to client data is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
