Lead Business Analyst with profound governance/best practice knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor´s degree, equivalent or higher education
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in multi-national environment
- Acquaintance with Zurich governance, best practices, contacts, etc.
- Zurich Lean Green/Black Belt certification, ZPMF Professional certificate or Professional SCRUM Master 1 certificate is an asset
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Setup a best practice project delivery department to develop and maintain Policy and Claims, Worfklow, BI, Surety, Fleet Management, and web portals
- Delivering of application enhancement on core Policy and Claims platform
- Defining a new vision for the Business Intelligence platform
- Acquiring/Facilitating knowledge transfer from the Zurich team to a new Brussels team to be sourced internally in parallel
- Regular travels to Zurich head office to get in touch with current team is required
