Lead Business Analyst

Joining a major transformation programme designed to deliver a strategic reporting infrastructure, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to take a lead role at a critical time in the project.

Working closely with a range of stakeholders across the Risk, IT, Finance and Operations functions the successful candidate will join an existing team of BA's in a leadership capacity to help drive the current requirement capture process including;

1. A comprehensive report inventory, with detailed specifications being created for each report to capture its business meaning and the data/data derivations that are used to feed it.
2. A consolidated credit risk data catalogue to reflect all internally captured reporting requirements, plus operational credit risk data requirements from external programmes.
3. Low level requirements for key aspects of the credit risk reporting solution such as Single Customer Index and Risk to Finance reconciliation.

The role will require good knowledge and previous experience of Credit Risk and Credit Risk Systems and gathering reporting requirements for a Data Warehouse. The successful candidate will have proven ability to operate in a business context, as well as being able to effectively interact with the IT function. This role will require daily interaction with the IT project manager. First class stakeholder management skills are a must as are requirement capture and solution design experience.
